PERSONAL FUNCTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING

One-on-one training where I will provide you with a fitness assessment to zone in on the fitness goals that your body requires.  Utilizing all my tools of knowledge, resistance bands, dumbbells, dowels, and other performance specific equipment to reach your fitness and performance goals.

 

Training "Functional Fitness" means to train for your real life activities.  Can be as simple as adjusting your sleep patterns, the way you wake up and get out of bed, the way you walk or stand, how you sit at a desk, or how you do your work, or the way you pick up items (or kids).

 

I want to assist you in improving your life without the pain, injuries, or discomfort that you may currently live with.

I also can improve your athletic or performance goals as well.  Whether you wish to maintain, rehabilitate, or improve yourself and performance I will be there to place you in the proper natural alignment and positioning.

 

Learn to train without the heavy and expensive commercial machines (that does not always fit all one size and can cause injuries).  Learn to use your own body weight and the natural items that surround your daily life in order to strengthen, increase definition (if wanted), increase endurance, and increase mobility, agility, and flexibility within your own body.

 

Here at Elite Massage & Fitness you have a Certified Personal Trainer by NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), a Certified Functional Fitness Specialist (FFS), and a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist (SFS).

 

I have over 12 years of personal training, group fitness, and teaching under my belt.

  • Workout for 40 to 45 Minutes

  • Sports Massage for 10 to 15 Minutes after workout

  • $50 / Session

Monthly Session Pack

            

  • Free Assessment Consultation

  • Workout for 40 to 45 Minutes

  • Sports Massage for 10 to 15 Minutes after workout

  • 1x Week for 1 Month OR 1x Every Other Week for 1 Month

Total Each Session Time:

  • 60 Minutes

Total Cost:

  • $40 / Session

  • (Ex: 4 weeks in month = $160 / Month)

  • (EX: 2 weeks in month = $80 / Month)
