Elite Massage & Fitness and Elite Massage Professionals (EMP) are owned and operated by Todd Valentine, BA, LMT, SMT, NSCA-CPT, FFS, SFS, CKTP, CE Instructor.

Elite Massage & Fitness is where people come and relax in our fully functioning and relaxing treatment room with music, a heated table, hot towels, and water offered with each visit.
Todd is a highly respected Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who understands that each individual needs a personalized massage for their health goals and treats everyone on a personal and professional level.
You will not be treated like a number at our office. We provide a "Fusion" Massage that combines all the techniques and skills we know to treat you as an individual. Whether it be Swedish for relaxing, Deep Tissue for tightness relief, Thai or Sports Massage for Range of Motion or stretching or Medical Treatment techniques for rehabilitation, impingements, or injury relief...it is all included within our Fusion Massage.

Todd has a unique approach to his massage with the use of bolstering skills, range of motion, and stretches when needed to provide improvement of performance and to relieve areas that are effected in order to bring the body back to it's original function.
