"Functional Fitness" means training for your real ife. Functional fitness means that the goal of working out is preparing your body so it can perform daily activities - getting out of bed, walking, bending, lifting, climbing stairs - without pain, injury or discomfort. It's training for life, not events.

 

We can assist in improving your life or athletic goals all at one location.  Whether it be to maintain, rehabiliate, or improve yourself and performance to reach your goals; we will be there for you and do it properly within natural alignment, posture, and positioning.

 

Learn to use your own body weight and natural surroundings to stregthen, increase endurance, while improving mobility and agility.  There are no commerical machines (which tries to make one size fits all).  The only machine needed is your own body!

One-on-one training where we will provide you with a fitness assessment to zone in on the fitness goals that your body requires.  Utilizing all our tools of knowledge, resistance bands, dumbbells, dowels, and other performance specific equipment to reach your fitness and performance goals.

           FITNESS NUTRITION - FUNCTIONAL GOALS - ASSESSMENTS

 

Fitness Nutrition - What changes to make to your diet in order to achieve your goals.  Not falling into the latest FAD Diet; but instead finding ways to make a smooth transition to a healtier you and pick up energy throughout the day.

 

Funtional Goals - Sleeping Patterns, Getting Out Of Bed, Walking Correctly, Lifting Items Without Pain, Doing Your Job, Taking Care Of Kids, Rehabiliating From An Injury...All with proper form and helping correct your body from the imbalances that cause pain, fatigue, and injury.

 

Fitness Assessments - Determine within a short 15 minute test where your weaknesses are within your body.  Figure out if you need to do more strengthen, endurance, or cardiovascular activities based on your current health, posture, and balance.  Then gain the knowledge with the results and a short consulation with a Certified Personal Trainer.

           CORPORATE / ON-SITE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

 

Cant make it to our studio, then let our studio come to you.  We can do on-site assessments, yoga and stress-management activities, and group exercises for everyone within the comforts of your business.  Train during your breaks.  Excutive Fitness Workout Routines to improve health and productivity.  We also have the ability to include on-site chair and sports massages to further health and productivity.

           FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES

 

From yoga and stretching classes to hardcore boot camp and cardio kickboxing classes, we have fitness classes for all levels of individuals.

Small to large groups of training where we will provide indivudal fitness assessments to zone in on the fitness goals that each of your bodies require.  Utilizing all our tools of knowledge, resistance bands, dumbbells, dowels, and other performance specific equipment to reach everyone's fitness and performance goals.

 

We understand that each individual has their own goals and each body is at a different level, therefore ask about the variety of options to accomadate each person within the group to work towards all individual goals within the same given time frame.

 

We understand that one size does not fit all and not all workouts are for everyone in the group.  Let us customize the groups workout to benefit everyone within it.
